Every Aczol piece is personalized and made to order. That means we take a little extra time to create your jewelry before it begins its journey to you.

We work with fulfillment partners in the United States and the Netherlands to help get your order to you as efficiently as possible.

How Long Does It Take?

1. Your order is prepared

Once you place your order, we begin preparing your personalized jewelry.

Production time: 2–5 business days

2. Your order is shipped

Once your jewelry is ready, it is carefully packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping time: Depends on your destination and the shipping method available at checkout.

3. Your order arrives

You'll receive tracking information when available so you can follow your package along the way.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates. During holidays, sales, or periods of high demand, orders may take a little longer.

We ship to many countries around the world. Available destinations and shipping options depend on your location and will be shown during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information when available.

Sometimes tracking can take a little time to update after your package has been handed to the carrier, so don't worry if you don't see movement immediately.
